Dr. Brenda Kubheka

Managing Director

Brenda is a qualified Medical Doctor with diplomas in Project Management and Business Administration, and an MBA from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She is currently studying for a PhD (Bioethics and Health Law) at the University of Witwatersrand. She has worked in various hospitals in Gauteng as a trauma and casualty officer and as a project medical officer. She has also worked at Medscheme Holdings in the Medical Directorate and Fraud investigation department as a medical advisor. She was later appointed as a Senior Manager for the Hospital Utilization and Pathology Management programs within the Medscheme Health Risk Solutions division. Brenda is also a surveyor for COHSASA (Council for the Accreditation of Health Services in Southern Africa). She also worked as a Chief Director for Hospital Services in the Mpumalanga Department of Health and was overseeing provincial hospitals, Emergency Medical Services, Pharmaceutical Services and other support services in the province. She is a founding member of Health IQ Consulting.

She is the principal for some of the Accidents and Emergency Units and also serves as a board member for Carltonville hospital.

Ms. Nombeko Nama

Director

Nombeko is a qualified Pharmacist registered with the South African Pharmacy Council. She also holds a Diploma in Project Management and a Certificate to conduct Outcomes-based Assessment. She has worked for Medscheme Holdings for eight years, in the Medicine Management and Aid for AIDS (AFA) departments. Furthermore she worked as a Drug utilization Pharmacist for both HIV and Chronic Diseases for five years and then moved to the Training department as a Trainer and Facilitator for AFA.

She also served as the Wellness and Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) Manager in the Wellness and AFA departments. She has extensive experience in facilitation and project management of wellness screenings and Voluntary Counselling and Testing in the workplace in both private and public sector. She is a founding member of Health IQ Consulting

Ms. Refiloe Mogale

Director

Refiloe is an internationally accredited Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Manager. She attained a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering before pursuing her Project Management qualifications.

She has attained the following Project Management and training qualifications: Managing by Project Techniques and Processes (X.Pert Academy); Train the Trainer (BMG University); Sigma Black Belt Accreditation (BMG University).

She has a proven record in but not limited to: Project Management, People and Process Management, driving strategic goals via special projects, aligning high level strategy to business processes, developing policies, procedures and standard operating procedures. Optimizing business processes to significantly improve efficiencies and cost. Presenting data analysis and interpreting reports
